I come here to workout occasionally, shower up then go out to get something to eat. It’s pretty empty like most gyms if you go during the morning. And Mais Info the 24 hour service is nice.
The owner is really sweet and smiles a lot. She says it’s because she likes everyone (which i think is a very important trait to have in a fitness instructor).
Let’s just say if I had to choose between running a couple miles or taking her class it would be this class hands down!
